Our Low Carb Miso Cod is a delicious easy grilling meal. Tender cod is cut into large pieces and then brushed with a combination of miso paste and soy sauce. This sauce is perfectly savory and salty for fish. The fish is skewered and broiled for a wonderful flavor. You will love this Low Carb meal that is perfectly paired with cauliflower rice and a dark green vegetable like boy choy, broccoli, or asparagus which can all be cooked in the oven as well.

What other fish can I use in substitution for cod?

Feel free to use any other white fish like tilapia, haddock, bass, or halibut as they can all be used interchangeably.

    Dice the cod and place it into a bowl. Combine the miso paste and soy sauce together. Add the sauce onto the cod and give it a good stir.

    Place the fish onto skewers. Place the skewers onto a tinfoil-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven with the broiler on.
