She lost weight on a Keto “diet” before but went back to her standard way of eating and gained it back. That's when she realized she needed to change her lifestyle to have the health she desired.
Have you tried any other weight loss plans (low fat, low calorie, or other) in the past? How did they work out?
I tried almost every diet at one point, even starving myself. I could just lose a few kilos then gain it back. It was so frustrating.
Tell us about your weight loss experience.
I went Keto 2 years ago and I started losing weight. Then I stopped because I had lost enough weight and was happy. But, then I realized the weight was coming back. Lesson learned here is I needed to change my lifestyle, not just go on a “diet” and quit when I saw some results. I decided to stick to a ketogenic LIFESTYLE, not a diet and finally, I began to see the permanent results I wanted.
How did Carb Manager help you stay on track?
Carb Manager is an excellent tool for tracking my macros, measurements, water intake, intermittent fasting, just everything. Previously, I had to use about 4 different apps to track the various things I needed to track. Carb Manager made it all simple. It is a one stop app. Also it's easy to use.

What do you see as the greatest benefit of going low carb/Keto?
I feel healthy, have mental clarity, and of course I lost a ton of weight. I am happy.
What's the best thing about being at your new weight?
I feel good and I am happy with what I have achieved. I did this for myself and I'm glad.
What are your health and fitness goals going forward?
To keep the weight off permanently. Also to ensure I maintain healthy eating habits. Eating “clean” Keto.
