  • Step 1

    Add the coconut yogurt and coconut milk to the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment.

    Whisk the mixture together until light and fluffy.

    Add the syrup, salt and cocoa powder to the bowl.

    Whisk again until soft peaks form and the mixture is completely smooth.

    Divide between two ramekins and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm a little before serving.

    This did not form soft peaks. It’s liquid. The yogurt alternative was not chunky, like it shows in the pictures. I added 1 cup whipped cream sweetened with Swerve to save it. It still wasn’t soft peaks, but tasted good.
