Celery
4-½ ounce
Cream Cheese

Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend by Trader Joe's

Slice away the leaves and hard white base of 2 celery stalks. Cut each stalk in half to yield 4 pieces.Step 2
Microwave your cream cheese for 7-10 seconds to get warm. Mix the cream cheese with the everything seasoning.Step 3
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each celery stick. Enjoy!

This is a tasty and delightful snack after not eating much crunchy vegetation some time into Keto. Easy, quick and convenient. However the recipe needs to be adjusted. First, it calls for 4.5oz celery but then states a serving is 3.5oz. Second: 3oz cream cheese is too much for 3.5oz of celery. It should state how much cheese is accounted for in the nutritional label. Doing the math, I can cut down the fat & protein to match what it took to fill my sticks, but just not very easily scalable (as I appreciate this app often is).

Delicious on Fathead dough bagels!!!! So simple and easy to make. I used the whipped cream cheese and stirred the seasonings into the container - so that I can store it in fridge as meal prep.
