  • Step 1

    Add the butter to a bowl and bring to room temperature so that it is soft and mashable.

    Mince the garlic and add to the butter along with the paprika, lemon zest, Parmesan, chopped fresh parsley and black pepper. Mash together well to combine.

    Spoon the butter into a sheet of baking paper or plastic wrap and mold into a log shape with your hands. Tightly wrap the butter, securing the ends.

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm and slice to serve.
