Ingredients
Prosciutto
6 slice
Mozzarella Cheese
6 tablespoon, grated
Sundried Tomatoes
4 piece
Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon, grated
Pine Nuts
1 tablespoon, whole pieces
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic
½ clove
Basil
⅓ cup, chopped

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and select a muffin tray.Step 2
Arrange each slice of prosciutto in a muffin cup so that it covers the base and sides, forming a cup shape.Step 3
To prepare the pesto, add the basil, garlic, Parmesan and olive oil to a food processor and blend to combine.Step 4
Add half of the pine nuts and blend again until they are finely chopped.Step 5
Add a tablespoon of mozzarella to each prosciutto cup.Step 6
Roughly chop the sundried tomatoes and divide between the prosciutto cups.Step 7
Drizzle each cup with pesto.Step 8
Transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the prosciutto is crisp.Step 9
Set aside to cool and crisp further before serving.

It tasted really good (even the picky kids liked it), but was extremely salty. Is that the prosciutto, pesto, or both?
