Keto Chocolate Drizzled Avocado Treats

I love the flavor of sweetened avocado. Thanks to the deliciously high and healthy fat content of an avocado, the popsicles stay super creamy after being frozen. The frozen treats are then drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate.

I made this with two avocados, 1/4 cup of erythrotol and 1 cup of almond milk. I left off the chocolate. Very creamy and not too sweet.

What do you mean by “drizzle the chocolate on top of each popsicle, using a fork.”??? Do you mean pour the chocolate into the basket if a fork and let it run down the fork tines to drizzle across? That’s the only thing I can figure out would work to get the yummy look in your picture. Is that what you meant?

This treat is super easy to make. I love how creamy it turned out. My husband thought it was sweet enough, but I really have a sweet tooth. I would use a cup of sugar replacement.
