Sea Salt Fudgy Keto Brownies

99 ratings

These brownies whip up in less than 10 minutes and are super delicious when chilled and served with homemade whipped cream! The trick here is to use a dark cocoa powder and to be careful not to overbake to ensure delicious, fudgy brownies! The sea salt is totally optional.

Note: I have updated the recipe to include more sweetener! It should have more flavor at this point.

Sea salt not listed in ingredients. When do you use it and how much?

For an 8 x 8 pan at 16 servings, wouldn’t this be more like brownie bites?

That is cutting into fourths in both directions. Normak size brownies.

You can eat up to five 2"x2" pieces & stay in ketosis. 4.5g of carbs is an acceptable portion. Consider it as a go-to snack & snag them whenever a sweet craving strikes.

The video shows 9 servings, but that would up all the macros and make it less "keto friendly". If divided by nine your total carbs are 16.2, but if you subtract the 13 g sugar alcohol and the 1.5, it's still low on NET carbs

Loved it. With my oven I had to let it sit another 1-2 min before taking out. Froze beautifully.

Confused as to square size. Is this a 9 square cut or 16. Recipe says 16 servings and video show 9 servings. If it is 16 the servings would be some small. They look amazing though. Can’t wait to try them !

These are delicious! I did add walnuts and Lily's salted caramel chips, and they were Soooooo decadent! It is very important to let them rest before cutting or eating, folx. Brownies need to cool Al LEAST 25 minutes. Trust the recipe!

Very yummy, I used stevia and added slightly less, little bit of a bitter after taste but think that’s just a given with sweetener. Sweet tooth satisfied. Will definitely make again
