- Tomatoes Sun Dried Or Sundried - 2 piece 
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon 
- Butter, Unsalted - 1 tablespoon 
- Basil, Fresh - 1 tablespoon 
- Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw - ½ tsp 
- Salt, Sea Salt - ⅛ teaspoon 
- Black Pepper - ⅛ teaspoon

- Step 1 Bring a heaped tablespoon of butter up to room temperature and add to a small bowl. Finely chop the sun dried tomatoes and basil and add to the butter along with the lemon zest and a little salt and pepper. Mash together until well combined.
- Step 2 Season the steaks and rub with the oil on both sides.
- Step 3 Heat a skillet over a high heat. Once hot add the steaks and cook through to preference.
- Step 4 Top the hot steaks with the compound butter to serve.
