Keto Cinnamon Dolce Latte
What is not to love about a delicious Keto latte right in the comfort of your own home? Strongly brewed espresso coffee is sweetened with vanilla syrup and then mixed with steamed frothed heavy whipping cream. The entire latte is topped with sweet and spicy ground Saigon cinnamon. The whole experience is so lovely!

Why does this recipe use cream and not milk?
Heavy cream is lower in net carbs than whole milk, so you can safely add healthy fats to your drink.
How should you brew the coffee?
You could brew the coffee using a traditional coffee maker (but add extra grounds to make the coffee strong), a French press, or an espresso machine.

Brew a nice strong cup of coffee either with an espresso maker, French press, or traditional coffee maker. If using a conventional coffee maker, add an extra tablespoon or more of coffee grounds to make it extra strong. Add the coffee to the mug you're serving this beverage in.Step 2
Add the heavy cream into a milk frother and use it according to package directions. This should include pressing the hot froth setting to heat the cream and foam it simultaneously. Add 2 tbsp of sugar-free vanilla syrup to each cup of coffee.Step 3
Then add in ¼ of the frothed cream mixture (or about 3 tbsp non-frothed cream). Sprinkle the top of each latte with cinnamon. Serve immediately!
