Keto Dill Cream Sauce

This high-fat sauce is delicious with fish but also pairs well with a chicken dish. Spoon it over your proteins or even vegetables to add fat and a bright flavor to your keto meal!

Flavor was great, however; only use 1 teaspoon ( or less)of xanthan gum and whisk vigorously while sprinkling it in. It was MUCH too thick, I added about 2-3 Tablespoons of boiling water to thin it and still thick. I didn’t have any pickle juice so substituted apple cider vinegar and added a bit of lemon juice and salt as suggested. I will make again with these suggestions, used it on a pork chop.

Very goopy. Use xanthan gum sparingly. Also I added lemon juice, salt and more dill.
