Feel like a kid with this adult version of lunchables! Crackers are replaced with parmesan crisps, and you can stack slices of cheddar cheese and turkey as you please. Don’t let your kids see, though, or they’ll be asking for their own lunchable!

Ingredients

  • Parmesan Cheese

    Parmesan Cheese

    6 tablespoon, shredded

  • Cheddar Cheese

    Cheddar Cheese

    1-½ slice- each 3/4 ounce

  • Turkey Slices

    Turkey Slices

    3 slice - each 1 ounce

  • Step 1

    Preheat an oven to 300 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange individual tablespoons of parmesan cheese into circles on the tray. Spread them out thin, but don’t let the edges touch each other. Bake the tray for 7-9 minutes - until the cheese is completely melted and the edges turn lightly golden. Set the tray aside to cool when done baking.

    While the parmesan crisps are cooking, cut the remaining cheese and turkey slices into quarters. You should get 6 slices of cheddar and 12 slices of turkey. For the turkey, you may need to trim the edges of the slices to get squares.

    Once your parmesan crisp have completely cooled, remove them from the tray and onto a plate. Stack your adult lunchable as you wish! Each parmesan crisp should have 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of cheese.

    Where are the carbs coming from? I’m using organic roasted chicken breast and there’s less than one carb per serving. The cheese doesn’t have any carbs.

        I don't heat the house using an oven if I can avoid it so I shredded 1 oz of Parmeson cheese and dropped it onto my glass microwave plate in little circles. Put "cook power" on 8 and cooked 4 minutes. Let cool and removed from micro plate with a knife. These crackers are great, thinkin might use a cheese mixture next time.
