Ingredients
- Tomato Slice - 4-½ oz, raw, yields 
- Cheese Mozzarella Whole Milk - 4 oz 
- Basil Fresh - ¼ ounce 
- Olive Oil - ¼ teaspoon 
- Balsamic Vinegar - ¼ teaspoon

- Step 1 Slice 4 slices from the tomato, each one being about an ounce. Slice 4, 1-oz slices from a fresh ball of mozzarella as well and place a slice on top of each tomato.
- Step 2 Top the caprese bites with an even distribution of fresh basil as well as drizzles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
