Keto Egg Fast Lime Cups

Keto Egg Fast is a popular method in helping to drop those few extra pounds and breaking through weight loss plateaus. Keto Egg Fast Lime Cups fit perfectly into an Egg Fast diet! Eggs, cream cheese, crystallized lime, and mayo are blended with a little stevia for sweetness. The batter is poured into individual cupcake liners for perfect portioning. They are delicious warm, but also cold from the fridge (with a cheesecake-like texture). Even though Egg Fasts are a short-term diet, these delicious lime-flavored egg cups will make it enjoyable.

Can I use fresh lime?

Yes, feel free to replace the crystallized lime with the juice from ½ a lime.

What do I pair these egg cups with?

Feel free to drink any zero-carb drinks like tea, coffee, and plenty of water!

What ingredients should I use?

Please use the highest quality ingredients when possible to help minimize any nutritional deficiencies. Grass-fed and pasture-raised eggs and cheese are best.
