Low Carb Dauphiniois

A twist on the French classic, this low carb dauphinoise is rich and creamy with just the slightest hint of cheese, perfect served with roasted meats.

The recipe utilizes finely sliced celeriac in place of the traditional potato and a little cream cheese to add thickness to the sauce.

You can make the whole recipe in one baking dish or separate into individual ramekins for serving.

I made this for dinner tonight, and all I can say is WOW! This was amazing. One of the best keto sides yet! Only problem - I wanted to eat more.. So good. Will definitely make this again and again. Thanks to the recipe creator.

I recently came across canned celeriac, cut into match sticks. I think I will try this with them and see how that works (or doesn't.).

Are these ingredients weighted per serving?

What if I can't find celeriac? Is there something I can substitute? I live in the country and have limited items.

What is celeriac? Can I use celery instead?

No Celeriac is the root of the celery. Celeriac tastes just like potatoes if prepared properly. It is nothing at all like celery. Hope you try it, it's Delious!!!
