Really good and easy. Added minced garlic to butter and to round it out added mushrooms and asparagus and seafood. First time over imPastable noodles, leftovers over zoodles. Delicious!

Absolutely delicious! I followed other comments and added 3 tbsp Italian seasoning , 3 cloves of garlic (mashed to a paste), and ground pepper … I think my kids will love this too.

Pretty darn good. I only had 2 cups of the shredded Parmesan so I used grated for the rest. Didn’t melt/blend as well but gave it some texture and still yum. I added chopped basil, pepper, onion/garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Served it over zoodles and slices of chicken breast. Yum.

I have a recipe that adds 4 Oz cream cheese, only 1 cup Parmesan, 1tsp Italian seasoning, 1-2 fresh cloves minced garlic (browned in the butter), and 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/4 cup fresh chooped parsley. It is divine. The macro numbers are not that different from this recipe.

Help not sure what I did wrong mine came out really cheesy like I lift up the Whisk and the cheese falls down it almost reminds me of a fondue. My heavy cream has zero carbs.

Use more heavy cream. If your sauce is like fondue. Make sure to whisk the melted butter and cream well before slowly adding the cheese, whisk the whole time to emulsify.

Incredibly good!!!!!!! My whole family love it. I make it then I break cauliflower, broccoli and zucchini into pieces. I put these into a baking dish, fill with your keto Alfredo sauce, add 4 cloves garlic, then sprinkle with ground almonds (1/4 cup), then bake in the oven at about 390 F until the top is browned. I serve this with steamed talapia (only seasoned with lemon juice)....my family can’t get enough of this. Thank you so much!!!

Yes- make sure there's no air in your freezing container- bags work best. Use within 2 months for best flavor.
