Keto Dill-Butter Cod

18 ratings

An expertly prepared filet of cod can turn any seafood-hater into a lover. This cod recipe is dripping with a deliciously seasoned butter sauce. Each bite is flaky and practically melts in your mouth. Loads of fresh dill staves off any “fishy” taste and also makes your dinner beautiful to look at!

This was great but I used Perch & the dill veggie dip, another user mentioned! 😋

Delicious!!! Easy too. I added 1/2 small container Marzetti dill veggie dip on top of fish after it was cooked and it couldn’t have been better!

I Was feeling hungry and lazy when I prepared this. I poured the whole butter concoction on top at the beginning and cooked it uncovered for 30 minutes and then gave a squeeze of lemon. It was tasty and easy.
