  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a shallow oven tray.
  • Step 2

    Finely chop the chorizo, onion, garlic and basil and add to a mixing bowl along with the ground turkey, mozzarella, parmesan, salt and pepper. Mix together well with your hands.

    Divide the mixture into 12 even portions and roll into balls with your hands. Arrange across the prepared oven tray and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

    Flavor was good but the texture was very rubbery

      Tasty. But I used can tomato paste and sauce to dab some acidic taste to it. Marvelous
