Keto Bacon Wrapped Scallops

7 ratings

Include this recipe as part of your main course, or you could even include this recipe as a side dish to a vegetable-based meal. The scallops are highly seasoned and maintain their delicacy inside a crispy wrapping of salty bacon. Break through the centers with a knife and enjoy the tender insides!

Slice raw strips of bacon in half into 2 short strips. Wrap a piece of bacon over each scallop, tucking the ends of the bacon under the scallops.

  • Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and place the scallops in with the ends of bacon tucked under the scallops against the pan. Cook the scallops for 3-5 minutes per side - until the bacon is very crispy on each side, flipping over with a pair of tongs.

Transfer the cooked bacon wrapped scallops to a serving plate. You may rest the scallops on a paper towel to soak up excess fat from the bacon at your discretion.
