3 slice - each 1 ounce
Swiss Cheese, Natural
2-½ ounce
Raw Egg
3 large
Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper, Ground
⅛ teaspoon
Crushed Red Pepper by Simply Organic
¼ tsp
Whipping Cream, Extra Heavy/gourmet, Not Whipped

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 6-ct muffin tray and arrange in each cup sliced turkey. Add in 3-4 pieces of diced swiss cheese as well.Step 2
Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour the egg mixture over each muffin cup, filling them about halfway.Step 3
Bake the tray for approx. 15 minutes. The eggs will sink some during cooling, returning them to ‘muffin top’ size.

I used an uncured smoked ham lunch meat instead of the turkey. They were very good and a nice option to make ahead for an easy breakfast during the week.

I lined the muffin cups with a turkey slice with shredded swiss. Like the red pepper addiction. Easy peasey .
