Best Keto Hibiscus Cooler
As summer is winding down, I find myself wanting to hang on to summer a little bit longer. You can do that with this delicious hibiscus cooler. It’s a little bit tart and a little bit sweet and is topped off with bubbly, refreshing seltzer water and a sprig of mint.
How to prepare this Keto iced tea?
This recipe starts with steeping the tea in boiling water for 5 minutes. The tea is sweetened with stevia, then chilled in the fridge until completely cool. when ready to serve, fill 4 glasses with ice, and divide the tea amongst them. Top it off with seltzer water and mint leaves for garnish.
What kinds of seltzer water can you use?
Any sparkling or seltzer water with no sugar or sweeteners can be used for this. This recipe used plain seltzer water, but lemon, lime, and cherry would all be great pairings.
Can you prepare this beverage using other tea flavors?
Of course, you can. Some great options include mixed berry tea, peach tea, tropical fruits tea, or passion fruit tea.
Can you prepare this tea ahead of time?
Absolutely! Simply steep the tea then keep it covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. When you're ready to enjoy it, pour it over ice and finish it off with Spletzer water and fresh mint.
