Keto Green Olive and Caper Dressing

This quick and easy Keto dressing is rich in flavor and healthy fats. Our simple low carb dressing is prepared with green olives, salty capers, a hint of lemon zest and juice, aromatic garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. This makes a versatile dressing or sauce option for salads, meats or low carb vegetables.

Can I Use Different Olives?

We have prepared our Keto dressing with green olives. Green olives are slightly more bitter in flavor than black or purple olives. You can easily switch the green olives for any olive you prefer, adjusting quantities to taste. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe.

Serving Suggestions

Our easy Keto dressing makes a great sauce or topping for a variety of low carb dishes. The dressing can be drizzled over your favorite Keto salads to add texture, fats and flavor - perfect with a Mediterranean-inspired salad.   • Step 1

    Add the olives, capers, lemon zest, and garlic to a food processor. Pulse to combine. The mixture should be broken down into small chunks.

    Add the fresh parsley to the food processor. Pulse again to combine. You may add more or less parsley to taste.

    Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the food processor. Blend again until well combined, and you have a chunky dressing. You may add more oil if you prefer a thinner, smoother consistency. Taste and add additional lemon juice if desired.
