Keto Peanut Butter Blossoms
These are super simple and delicious! I love how the peanut butter blends with the cream cheese to make an indulgent treat! You can use them in replacement for a fat bomb even! Look for a peanut butter powder with no sugar added.

Made these with regular peanut butter and just mixed in the chocolate chips and they are perfect! Like a peanut butter cup cheesecake bite. Yummy!!

Thanks for the recipe, however we didn’t like it with the powdered peanut butter. Can we use creamy peanut butter instead?

Can you use non-powdered peanut butter with these?

Is the cream cheese "room temperature" softened, or softened in the microwave? I am NOT-A-COOK and have had difficulty working with room temp cream cheese using a hand mixer. Is there anything easier to use? I don't own a food processor. Thanks!

Can you use regular peanut butter

Yes! If you don't have a stand mixer soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds on high then use your hand mixer to blend. I used a hand mixer for this recipe as well.
