This is a great dip for low carb veggies or spreading on keto crackers. Although jarred bell peppers have been used you can also roast your own peppers.

    Drain the peppers and pat dry to remove any excess liquid. Add to a food processor along with the cream cheese, oregano, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
