Red Bell Peppers, Raw
½ medium - 2 1/2" diameter x 2 3/4"
Yellow Bell Peppers, Raw
½ medium - 2 1/2" diameter x 2 3/4"
Red Onion
½ small
Olive Oil
2 tablespoon
Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon
Thyme, Fresh
1 tablespoon, chopped
Oregano Fresh
1-½ x 1 teaspoon
Rosemary
2 x 1 x sprig
Gourmet Collection Smoked Paprika by Mccormick
1 teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 F.Step 2
Finely slice the peppers and quarter the onion and add to a shallow baking dish. Add the thyme, oregano and rosemary and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.Step 3
Nestle the sausages in between the herbs, vegetables and smoked paprika.Step 4
Transfer to the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sausages are completely cooked through.

Smells great! Can't wait! cooking in the Instant Pot and baking with the Air Fryer Lid! Hope there will be some leftovers for lunch tomorrow. 😉👍 Cooked full 30 minutes for roasted veggies and browned sausage. No leftovers. 😢
