Wow, like eating an old fashioned McD cheeseburger! Didn’t miss the bun! Not needed! Tastes GREAT! I used ground turkey, (vs beef) , onion flakes (seasoning) and I bought cauliflower rice in the frozen aisle, a whole lot easier! Also after baking it, I put sliced dill pickles on top. It was AWESOME TASTING!!! JUST AWESOME,🤩! Hubby said “it’s a KEEPER!”. 👍🏽😂

Was it watery at all from the frozen riced cauliflower? Was the serving filling?

Too much pepper for my family. Next time we make it will be just a dash of pepper. Easy to make and tasty.

I made this recipe for the first time and loved the results. I added lettuce and tomatoes along with the mustard and ketchup and it tasted a lot like a cheeseburger. I think it could be done with a lot of variations, avocado, bacon, pickles, mayo. It is also a quick and very easy dinner. Will be adding to my regular rotation for sure.

This recipe is amazingly delicious! Felt like comfort food, which I was in desperate need of 😄. I sautéed 1/4 of onion and 1 clove garlic (chopped) prior to the ground beef and drained the beef; otherwise followed the recipe. I will be making this often!

I really liked this, it was tasty and easy to do. Cooked the beef in onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika, with diced onions, and topped with gherkins before the cheese. Used Heinz no sugar & salt ketchup.

I didn’t use Ketchup or mustard. But add a sautéed mushrooms and onions. And cooked bacon on top. Best meal ever

Would it be out of the question to add bacon? Or would that sabotage the meal?

Bacon adds more fat not carbs so it depends on how much fat you took in during the entire day of the bacon wouldn’t be a problem.

I added some condenced onions and 2 tbs of Worcestershire sauce to the meat as it was cooking. Only adds 2 gms Carbs. Tasts like my grilled cheese burgers 🍔

I use no sugar added ketchup which has 2 grams of carbs per tbsp as opposed to regular ketchup which has 5 grams per tbsp.

Well, this wasn't my favorite, however, it is filling. As written, it has such a low carb count that I just divided into 4 servings instead of 6. The recipe did seem bland but based on other reviews I thought I would give it a try. I did add a couple ounces of diced onion to the meat and on top of the meat layer, before the cheese, I added diced gherkins to give it a real cheeseburger feel. I do recommend these alterations which add very little carbs. The best discovery from this recipe was the homemade keto ketchup. I followed the recipe from this app and it is so much better than the store bought sugar free ketchup. Because I would rather have intricate flavor over volume I'm not likely to make this again. Nonetheless I won't be throwing away the leftovers and it is definitely a serviceable and easy recipe to make.

I was skeptical about this. Based on the ingredients it sounded to me like it would be too bland - but it looked so good in the picture... Glad I made it as it was REALLY good. Hubby, who loathes cauliflower, loved it. Used old cheddar, added a tbsp of psyllium husk to the cauliflower cheese base, but otherwise exactly followed. I ate two servings, he ate four! Paired with a side salad.
