  • Step 1

    Trim the ends from the bok choy and cut the bok choy in half. Wash and drain the baby bok choy very well, making sure to drain off as much water as possible.

    Thinly slice the bok choy and combine it with the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame seed oil.

    Love this salad. Instead of following the recipe, I added two tablespoons each of the rice vinegar, sesame oil, tamari and almonds. Prepared it just before serving. Served it with a creamy pesto chicken dish. Great......

      The dressing was aweful. The salad itself is beautiful and tasty but definitely does not serve 4 unless you mean 3 bites and done
