Any recommendations for 0 carb ham? I can’t seem to find any with less than 2g.

I haven’t seen zero carb, but both Aldi’s deli sliced Black Forest and citiero rosemary ham deli sliced from Costco have 1 carb per oz.

This is good but I get the off the bone ham, softened cream cream with everything bagel seasoning (sometimes not also) and wrap it around a dill pickle spear. Delicious

I make these without all the chives and seasoning. No need to measure cheese. Spread cream cheese and wrap up either pickled asparagus or string beans. I had not thought about using a flavored spreadable cream cheese.

It says that it yields 5 for the recipe, does that mean that it’s 2 tbsp per piece of ham? Because you get 5 pieces from one roll, all 3 would give you 15 pieces and not 5.

Recipe says 5 servings of 3bpinwheels, which is 15 pinwheels. The 2 TBSP is for the entire recipe across the 3 slices of ham.

Tastes good but 2 tablespoons of cream cheese is incorrect. I left out chives and used 1 pack of stevia. Delicious!

Great as a meal or a snack. I added arugula for a crunch.

They are easy to make and taste good, which is my kinda snack. You can’t spread too thick out of the 2 tablespoons of cream cheese spread, but what I could spread was good enough for me

If you microwave the cream cheese for a few seconds, itll spread much easier. This is how I always work with cream cheese.

Cream cheese spread is what the author used. It's easier to spread thinly.

Is one serving just 3 our of the 5 rolls cut out of 1 slice on ham?

It definitely tastes good, but I don't see how 2 tbsp of cream cheese can spread on thick to 3 ham slices as the picture shows?
