Preheat oven to 350F/180C. to a food processor or blender, add ¼ cup pitted cherries, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar. Blend until smooth.Step 2
Add chicken thighs to a bowl. Add the remaining cherries, sliced onion, the marinade, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss then transfer to a baking sheet.Step 3
