Ground Pork
17-½ ounce
Cream Cheese Spread
3 tablespoon
Oregano, Dried
2 teaspoon
Basil, Fresh
1 tablespoon
Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon, grated
Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Add the ground pork to a mixing bowl along with the oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands to combine.Step 3
Divide the pork mince into 8 even portions and flatten into patties with your hands across a shallow oven tray.Step 4
Add the cream cheese and parmesan to a mixing bowl. Finely chop the basil and add to the bowl along with a pinch of black pepper. Mix well to combine.Step 5
Place a heaped teaspoon of cream cheese in the center of each patty.Step 6
Carefully mold the edges of the pork up around the cream cheese filling, securing it in the center.Step 7
Transfer to the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes or until the pork is golden and completely cooked through.

I don’t understand this, it’s saying 4 servings but makes 8? Does that mean it’s 2 meatballs per serve????
