Keto Cookie Dough Fat Bombs
Our easy Keto cookie dough fat bombs are deliciously sweet and loaded with healthy fats from coconut oil and almonds. These Keto treats are the perfect combination of fat bomb and cookie, studded with dark chocolate chips for added indulgence. These are a great sweet treat the whole family can enjoy, perfect for boosting your daily fat intake.
What Are Keto Fat bombs?
Keto fat bomb recipes are designed to provide bite-sized treats that you can snack on throughout the day or with your meals. They include a hearty helping of healthy Keto fats, often coconut oil, butter, cream cheese or MCT oil. Having a batch of fat bombs on hand is a great way to help boost your fat count when needed and keep you satiated between meals.
Can I Use a Different Sweetener?
We have used erythritol to sweeten our Keto cookie dough mix. If you prefer, you may use an alternative powdered or granulated low carb sweetener. You will need to adjust quantities as needed to suit your personal tastes. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.

I am so jealous of those of you who are able to do fun things like this without triggering a carb binge. I just can’t. Maybe when I reach a better level of healing I will be able to.

They taste great, but for whatever reason the dough comes like water even though I followed the directions. Is everyone else grounding up their own almonds? Or are you using almond flour?… I end up needing to add a bunch of almond flour to mine, and the “dough” is still watery.

You need almond flour!

Can you bake them?
SpectacularRadish323592 a year ago
No, that will make them fall apart

There's also no leavening agent, like baking soda to make them rise, so you'll end up with a cookie sheet pool of soupy mess.

NO! They will melt. Notice the ingredients... they are not designed to be heated and to hold together. There is no binder like flour or anything.
