Keto Ham + Cheese Quiche
This is a simple ham and cheese quiche that is perfect for breakfast or as a light lunch paired with a salad. A nice almond flour crust is filled with eggs studded with ham then the quiche is topped with parmesan cheese and baked until golden brown and delicious in the oven.

Ingredients
Almond Flour
2-¼ cup
Butter
6 tablespoon
Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton
⅛ tsp
Raw Egg
5 large
Sour Cream
1-½ tablespoon
Deli Ham
1-½ ounce
Parmesan Cheese
4 tablespoon, grated

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350 F. Add melted butter and kosher salt to the almond flour. Mix to combine.Step 2
Pour into an 11” tart pan and press into a thin layer on the bottom and up the sides. Use your thumb to scrape off extra dough at the tart pan’s edge, using the excess to fill in any gaps.Step 3
Bake for 12 minutes.Step 4
In the meantime, scramble the eggs.Step 5
Add in the sour cream and whisk very well until fully incorporated. Add in diced ham.Step 6
Pour into baked crust and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown on top and nicely puffed.

This needs something. It is powdery dry. Either less flour or more butter or maybe some almond milk. This was inedible.

Nice try but no. The crust is too crumbly and the filling lacking flavour. Next I’ll do a classic crustless quiche which will be still keto, less calories and far more enjoyable. IMO

Really tasty. I didn't have the right sized tin so put it in a tin 1" bigger. It was huge but not deep enough. I'll either get the right size tin or put it in a smaller one. Thank you.
