Low Carb Cranberry Sauce

9 ratings

Cranberry sauce is the perfect pairing for turkey on Thanksgiving! This version is more tart, so if you like it a little sweeter add an additional ¼ cup of sweetener.

Does anyone have this recipe worked out for using Stevia as the sweetener instead?

My wife made this before I was doing Keto and she modified to make it so. It’s my favorite and I like it tart. Awesome in cottage cheese

Recipe says 3.5 oz, that’s is a lot, my hamburgers are around that size. So usually I would use just a tablespoon. I just did for a different recipe and it was .7 oz.

According to the ocean spray package there are 6g of carbohydrates per 1/2 Cup. I can’t see 1/2 serving having what this recipe is showing

if it serves 4. would you take that divide into 45 to get 11.25 carb per serving?

Then you would subtract the sugar alcohol and fiber to get your serving carbs.

45 is per the whole thing. Then you subtract the sugar alcohols and fiber, then divide by 4 servings.

I used to make something very similar. I’m glad to see I can still do it on keto and I love the addition of the orange zest! It will be a yummy Thanksgiving. Thanks for posting this.
