Keto Seared Steak with Compound Butter

20 ratings

A simply seared steak is a perfect, satisfying meal. Make sure the butter and pan are hot and the steak is patted dry prior to searing the steak so you get a nice crust. This recipe is made with Sirloin steak but you can also use Strip, Ribeye or tenderloin!

Play it by ear. Start light. If you want more, add it to the steaks.

In step 5, roll the butter into small "bowls"? or "balls"? Sounds delish! I may have to mix in a bit of blue cheese crumbles or Gorgonzola with the butter!
