  • Step 1

    Slice the broccoli into 2 ‘steaks’, roughly a half inch thick. Add to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until tender. Remove from the pan and pat dry.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Divide the passata evenly between the two broccoli steaks and season to taste.

    Scatter over the grated mozzarella and dried oregano.
