    Slice the cauliflower into two even steaks, a half inch thick. Add the cauliflower to a pan of boiling water and simmer until the steaks are tender. Drain the water and pat dry.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Divide the passata evenly between the two cauliflower steaks.

    Crumble the goats cheese over the two steaks and sprinkle over the dried oregano.

    Finely slice the sundried tomatoes and onions and arrange over the goats cheese.
