Keto Sesame and Chia Chicken Tenders
These crispy chicken tenders are coated in a soy and lemon mayo then rolled in a sesame, chia and ground almond crumb before being baked until golden.
These make a great dinner or lunch served with cauliflower rice or stir fried vegetables.

Ingredients
Chicken Tender, Raw
8 tender
Almonds, Raw
2 tablespoon, ground
Chia Seeds
2 tablespoon, whole pieces
Sesame Seeds
2 tablespoon, whole pieces
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon
Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly oil a shallow baking tray.Step 2
Add the mayonnaise, sesame oil and lemon juice to a small bowl. Mix together well to combine.Step 3
Add the ground almonds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, salt and pepper to a plate and mix together to combine.Step 4
Arrange the chicken strips across a clean work surface.Step 5
Coat each chicken piece in a generous layer of the sesame mayonnaise.Step 6
Roll each coated chicken piece in the crumb mixture until evenly coated.Step 7
Arrange the chicken pieces across the prepared oven tray. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until completely cooked through and golden brown.

So first thabks for ghis delcious recipy , I got confused I do not know how many peaces I suppose to have in 1 serving only 2 pieces or 8 pieaces
