Low Carb Steakhouse Chorizo Meal

Cook a juicy chorizo sausage link to a golden brown char! Pair it with buttery, steakhouse-style broccoli. Although the meal is simple, it’s bursting with flavor and the right amount of fat for a keto meal. Pair with a lemon wedge for serving!

  • Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pan over medium-high heat. Place a link of chorizo sausage in the oil and put a lid on the pan. Cook the sausage link for 3-4 minutes on two sides, then hold the sausage for an additional 1-2 minutes on the hot pan on the remaining sides. When you turn the sausage over, drizzle in the worcestershire and lemon juice to steam in the pan. Once done cooking, set the sausage aside to cool. You may leave the sausage whole or slice it.
