Low Carb Vegan Patty Melt

Keto Vegan Patty Melt is a delicious way to enjoy Keto. Meatless ground beef is sauteed in a pan with plenty of healthy olive oil and then is placed on top of fluffy “buttered” Keto bread and melty vegan cheese. Sandwiches are a delicious way to enjoy a Keto Vegan diet!

What kind of meatless substitute should I use?

Use a meatless substitute that is free of eggs and also has a low net carb count. Some meat replacements are very high in carbs.

What kind of bread should I use?

Find a Keto bread that is free of any dairy or eggs to keep it Vegan.

Can I add more fat to this dish?

Yes, since the meat substitute and the cheese substitute can add up in carbs quickly, feel free to saute the meat substitute with additional fat to hit your calorie target.
