Is the quantity of brussel sprouts the purchased weight? pre-cooked trimmed weight? or on-the-plate weight? Thanks!

Trim off bottom, remove wilted leaves. The remaining is considered the actual weight prior to cooking.

I would assume it’s with the outer leaves removed and measured before cooked as it is been said in the instructions.
