Boiled Eggs

Mayonnaise

Lemon Juice

Mustard

Red Bell Peppers, Raw

Red Onion

Cucumber

Step 1
Thinly slice the bell pepper, onion and radishes and finely dice the avocado and cucumber. Add to a large salad bowl with the watercress and toss to combine.Step 2
Slice the egg into quarters and add to the salad. Season all with a little salt and pepper.Step 3
Add the mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, mayonnaise and a little salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Whisk together until smooth.Step 4
Drizzle the salad with the dressing to serve.

Red onion is keto f so confused as to why they keep coming up in recipes
