    Thinly slice the sprouts, dice the broccoli into bite sized pieces and crush the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over a medium heat and add the broccoli, cooking for a minute, then add the sprouts, lemon zest and garlic. Season and stir well to combine. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
