Keto Polish Sausage and Veggie Skillet

18 ratings

This simple skillet is great for meal prepping, an easy lunch, or weeknight dinners with little time to cook. Fatty kielbasa is paired with a classic vegetable mix that’s finished off with a touch of butter. This meal will be richer and more filling than you may think!

Quick and easy meal for after work. I added sharp cheddar for extra flavor but omitted the butter. Excellent recipe and definitely a keeper for my family!!

I didn’t know kielbasa was an approved type of meat. Isn’t it processed?

As for Keto/low carb, processed meat is on the menu. Fresh meat is definitely better than processed. This recipe is great for people who want some quick and easy but still tasty. And you get that with this recipe. I myself use fresh veggies instead of the thawed frozen because I prefer my veggies tender crisp. Sometimes I use home made kielbasa when I can get it but most times, I buy package from grocer.

Can someone tell me if these ‘California style’ vegetables are pre cooked? Realising now as I cook this for the first time that cooking cauliflower from raw is not working the way this recipe probably intended. I realise the brand mentioned were frozen....

Thaw the frozen package and drain any juice.. you want to let it sit a little in the pan before you stir it up

Fantastic. I cook for a family of six so I added a few veggies (1 each of zucchini & red pepper) and did 3 kielbosas (all a different flavor: andouille , polish and chicken).

My husband hated broccoli and with this recipe he loves it. He even tells me to cook this from time to time. I love this myself, i also add shrimps to this which makes it even better

Quick, easy and very tasty. 1st time made as written. 2nd time I subbed Avocado Oil for the butter and stir fried in my wok. Also used smoked paprika in place of regular paprika.
