Keto Beginner Egg Fast Sweet Cinnamon Quiche

When you think about eggs at breakfast, you usually think of savory dishes. However, this egg-based quiche touches on the sweeter side and satisfies any cravings you may have been having. Eggs, cream cheese, and butter are combined into a quiche batter. Then, it’s flavored with vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a healthy alternative to brown sugar. Since the quiche does include a very small amount of carbohydrates from the sweetener, eat only one serving per day. You can use this egg fast recipe with cream cheese in your meal prep plans. The quiche slices can be stored in individual sealed containers in your refrigerator and eaten warm or chilled. A microwave is all your need to reheat the quiche.

Zero-Carb Whipped Cream Recipe

If you’d like to add more fat to your egg fast meal, or you just want to complete your quiche with something a little extra, make this zero-carb Keto whipped cream. Combine ¼-cup cold heavy whipping cream and ⅛-teaspoon vanilla extract in a stand mixer, and whip at high speed. Whip until the heavy cream turns into a stiff whipped cream with a slight vanilla flavor. Although there’s no sugar, the vanilla gives that ‘dessert’ taste you’re looking for. At your discretion, you may sweeten the whipped cream with liquid stevia drops.

How Much Egg And Fat Is In One Serving?

Each slice of egg fast quiche includes 1 whole egg, ¼ tablespoon of fat, and ½ ounce of cheese. If you’re in need of more fat, you can include the difference in your next meal. You can also include other forms of fat with your serving of quiche. If you’ve utilized the whipped cream recipe above, remember each tablespoon of heavy cream doubles when it whips. To increase your fat to a full tablespoon, include 1½ tablespoon of prepared whipped cream with each slice of quiche.

  • Step 1

Turn on an oven to preheat to 375 degrees, and spray a standard 9-inch pie dish with pan spray. Scoop small dollops of mascarpone cheese into the bottom of the pie dish, spread out evenly. Next, turn to your food processor or a powerful blender, and combine all the eggs and cream cheese until the cream cheese breaks up. You may pull the cream cheese out in advance to soften before blending. Use a ‘pulse’ setting to control the liquid from escaping your appliance.
    Step 1
  • Step 2

Next, melt the butter quickly in a microwave or over your stovetop. With your food processor or blender on, gently pour the warm butter into the egg batter until the batter is fully blended. The food processor must be on while you mix in the melted butter, or else the heat will cook the eggs. Then, blend in vanilla extract, sugar substitutes, and cinnamon. Once the batter is blended and a little frothy, slowly pour it into your pie dish over the mascarpone cheese. Don’t tap the dish, but let the batter settle as any air bubbles rise to the top.
    Step 2
  • Step 3

Carefully place the pie dish in your oven and bake for just 10 minutes. Then, while leaving the dish in the oven, reduce the heat to 325 degrees. Cook for another 40 minutes or until the quiche has a golden top and a toothpick test comes out clean. Your quiche will rise during baking, so allow the quiche to settle and cool before cutting into slices for serving. You may garnish each slice of quiche with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon or a dollop of the whipped cream recipe described in the introduction.

I tasted good, kinda bland. It also was not as think as I thought it would be. It collapses into something grit is wafer thin. Had to eat 2 in order to feel satisfied
