    1 slice - 1" diameter

  • Garlic

    ¼ medium - 2 1/2" diameter

  • Step 1

    Thinly slice the onion and cabbage. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over a medium/high heat and add the cabbage and onion, cooking for about three minutes to soften.

    Grate the ginger and thinly slice the garlic. Add to the pan and stir well to combine. Pan fry over a medium heat for a further 2-3 minutes until the garlic is tender and fragrant and the cabbage is soft.

    Stir through the tamari sauce to serve.

    I think that the nutrition facts in this meal are wrong. If we take each ingredient separately and their amounts and add , we will get a much higher net carbs and calories intake.

      This is so delicious I did it on a old school wok so it got some wok breathe on it and left it slightly crunchy. I am going to definitely do this again. I also only had powdered ginger not fresh but worked out really well
