Keto Everything Cloud Bread

10 ratings

Cloud bread sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning makes for a delicious, savory treat! Eat with a main dish, as a snack or as bread for a deli sandwich. Instead of cream cheese, this recipe uses mascarpone, which is creamier and more flavorful.

This is a baked omelette. It doesn't thicken before baking.

Can these be made ahead of time and used later in the week? Or are they best eaten when made?

Is there a substitute for the dairy (marscapone/cream cheese)?

I think you can use Greek yogurt. Give it a try.

You can use cream cheese. That’s the recipe I originally used.

I am not putting the bagel seasoning on all of them. Some are staying plain because I’m going to have them with a nut butter.
