  • Garlic

  • Lime Juice, Fresh

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Step 1

    De-seed the pepper and finely slice the scallions. Add to a food processor along with the mayonnaise, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, zest, apple cider vinegar and Parmesan.

    Blend until smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Is it cilantro or coriander???:(

      Hi, cilantro and coriander leaves are the same. The recipe calls for 1.5 cups cilantro. Hope this helps :)
