Keto Italian Dressing
This zesty and low carb Italian dressing is everything you could want and more from a Keto Italian Dressing. Keto Italian Dressing can be used in several different ways, from dressing up a nicely tossed mixed green salad or as a marinade for grilled chicken breasts. White wine vinegar is combined with extra virgin olive oil, Italian seasoning, celery seed, a little sweetener, garlic, and onion powder to make the ultimate classic dressing. This go-to Paleo dressing will be delicious on top of a romaine salad with julienned bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan cheese. It is a great way to dress up any Keto salad recipe.
How do I store finished dressing?
Store the finished dressing in a mason jar fitted with a lid or an airtight container for up to two weeks in refrigeration.
Can I use another kind of vinegar?
Yes, you can swap the white wine vinegar for red wine vinegar or champagne vinegar.
How much celery seed do I need?
The recipe below states ⅛ of a teaspoon, but please use only 1/16 of a teaspoon of celery seed.

Forget the sweetener. I never put sweetener sugar in my dressings taste great.

I bumped up the vinegar and added a splash of Apple Cider Vinegar as well. I made 8x this recipe to make enough to fill an empty dressing bottle. It's really tasty and tastes the most like a store bought dressing without the Canola oil.

Thanks for the useful info that 8x this recipe fills a bottle!

Needs more vinegar than oil. Recommend adding some water. Tastes great, and I would add more onion garlic and Italian spices, but be careful on the types of Italian spice - there is a broad range. I also added some minced onion and garlic flakes.
