Keto Lamb Koftas

24 ratings

These lamb koftas are simple yet delicious, packed with Middle Eastern flavors from dried spices and fresh herbs.

Although these koftas have been pan fried they would work just as well oven baked or eve added to skewers on the BBQ!

Perfect served alongside our feta and olive salad.

Delish! Prepared with parsley instead of cilantro and cooked in air fryer. Served with a lime-yogurt and the coconut lime cauliflower rice with a few kalamata olives on side. A solid and filling meal.

I’m wondering how this would be with hamburger instead of lamb. Has anyone tried that?

Generally speaking I don’t care for lamb. But I mistakenly bought some and thought I would give the recipe a try. It comes together easily & quickly. Airfry 380 for 12m was a great suggestion. If you do happen to like lamb seems this would be a great recipe. The lamb was mild and the seasoning plentiful. Rating reflects more my opinion and less the recipe as I have no way to compare.

Really good! I added a bit of garlic as well and had the kofta with a slice of sheep’s milk cheese and a little spiced sour cream. Thank god I was low on calories from lunch so I didn’t have to settle for just two!

Really good, I topped mine with an ounce of prepared Korma sauce, yum. Did them in my air fryer at 380 for 12 minutes, turning halfway

Very delicious! Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I really wanted a yogurt sauce. I may add a little mint in lieu of some of the cilantro next time. I browned them really good. Excellent! Paired with cucumber avacado salad.
