How to store this Keto raspberry jam?
Cool the jam completely and transfer it to sterilized jars. Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
Do I need chia seeds for this jam?
Chia seeds help with the gelling of the jam and add some valuable nutrients to this lovely recipe. However, if you're not a big fan of chia jams, you can prepare it without them.
Step 1Add the raspberries to a large pan. Turn the heat on medium and cook for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Step 2Stir in the sweetener, chia, and vanilla. Mix well, taste, and optionally adjust the amount of sweetener according to taste. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
